Dr. Vicente Ramo, Jr. is a passionate physician dedicated to providing high-quality primary care. With years of experience, he leads our clinic with a focus on patient well-being and preventive care.
Dr. Cecilia Green, DNP, APRN-Rx, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Meet Dr. Green, our skilled, doctorally prepared Nurse Practitioner with experience in nephrology, pain management, aesthetic medicine, home healthcare, and commercial driver licensing (CDL). She is fluent in Tagalog and Ilonggo, and has healthcare experience in the Middle East, Canada, and several regions of the United States, bringing a broad, culturally aware approach to patient care.
She is a member of the American Diabetes Association, affiliated with the Obesity Association Network, and is certified as a Medical Examiner through the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.

Rizelle Talon, APRN-Rx, AGNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Rizelle is a caring Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation as a nurse for over 8 years in skilled nursing, home health, and rehab. She also served 4 years as a U.S. Army Combat Medic, bringing calm, skill, and heart to every patient she meets.
Fluent in Tagalog and Ilokano, she connects naturally with local families and is known for her warm, patient‑centered care. Always ready to listen. Always here to help you feel better.
John Abesamis, APRN-Rx, AGPCNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Meet John, a devoted Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years of experience caring for patients across pediatrics, acute care, medical‑surgical, long term care, psychiatry, corrections, and workers’ compensation. Born and raised in the Philippines, he carries a deep cultural heritage into his work and speaks both Tagalog and the Waray dialect with ease.
During his high school and college years, John traveled a few times throughout Europe and Asia as an ambassador of goodwill, experiences that broadened his worldview and strengthened his appreciation for the many cultures and communities that shape us. Today, he brings that same spirit of connection and respect to the people of Hawai‘i, honoring the values of aloha, compassion, and kuleana in every patient encounter.
When he’s not in the clinic, John finds peace and joy in playing the cello, swimming, and paddle boarding—activities that keep him grounded and connected to the natural beauty of Hawai‘i’s ocean and landscapes.
